Parenting Support Program

Get professional family support. Connect with other parents. Build healthy cooking skills. Share parenting tips and resources.

Our weekly Parenting Support Program is a free, safe and confidential space in the community to help you grow and thrive as a parent.

From Sept-June we meet in the basement of Uxbridge Baptist Church (231 Brock St W) on Wednesdays from 11am-1:30pm.

Drop-ins are welcome or call/text 905-852-4192 for more information.

We meet weekly in Uxbridge 11-1:30pm in the basement of Uxbridge Baptist Church (231 Brock St W, Uxbridge). We offer transportation support to get to this program if needed.

This is an opportunity for parents to have a break, make new friends, share struggles and support one another in a welcoming environment.

Participants help in our Community Kitchen to make a delicious and nutritious lunch for us to enjoy together. We bring in guest speakers for presentations around parenting and healthy living and have discussions in a safe and supportive environment. Child Care is provided during this program from our caring staff and volunteers. A donations closet is also accessible for diapers, children’s clothing and baby gear.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us to learn more!
